Processes

Mini Mike Teevee TV

Steps:

  1. Found a tv to use, removed legs so it could sit on cart

  2. Cut entrance holes on side and back

  3. Bought a Lazy Susan, attached to center of tv, and added stands for items

  4. Hung curtains inside to hide lighting box and hidden Mini Mike

Drawbacks:

  1. The turn table took a while to get perfect because of the spacing or the items kept falling over during the spin

  2. I had to completely take apart the tv and take off the face because we couldn't cut holes in it, but thankfully there was already a wood casing.

Golden Ticket

Steps:

  1. Find shiny gold paper

  2. Format the words

  3. Print the words onto the paper

  4. Spray with clear coat

Drawbacks:

  1. Printer ink wouldn't stick on the shiny paper so I had to hand paint all of the tickets with acrylic paint and sharpie

Wonka Bars

Steps:

  1. Make bar shape by stacking cardboard

  2. Wrap the short edges with foil tape

  3. Take colored paper and wrap along the long end, leaving the foil tape exposed

  4. Glue the Wonka label on the front

  5. Make 100 bars

Drawbacks:

  1. I had to recruit the help of my coworkers to finish all of them since we had to make them all individually. It was a fun bonding experience
