Processes
Dressing Screen
Steps:
Cut out the 3 pieces from plywood. The only difference between them being the height.
Attach them together with hinges and wood blocks so they don't move
Staple muslin to the holes
Paint the wood brown and the muslin blue
Add the flower details
Olaf Pieces
Steps:
Measure everything on the actual puppet
Cut out EVA Foam pieces for the middle body and glue together with barge
Cut out cylinder shape from soft foam for the bottom body
Cut out EVA Foam pieces for head and glue together with barge
Cut cheeks and eyebrows from soft foam
Cover everything in white towels
Cut eye holes and add foam ball half
Carve the nose from soft foam and paint orange
Carve buttons from soft foam and paint black
Add eye and brow details with fabric
Steps:
Find varied sized bowls
Stack bowls together with PVC
Find bigger bowl for base and add the stack of bowls
Cover stack with brown fabric
Cover that with brown plastic, heating to form fit it
Fill the rest of the base bowl to make it full of chocolate!
Orb and Sceptar
Steps for Sceptar:
Cut wooden dowel to size
Wrap with string for sprial effect
Add curtain tod knob to end
Sculpt gem holder with clay and attach
Cover it all with gold foil
Add gem details
Stone Bench
Steps:
Cut out shape of legs and top out of plywood
Connect pieces with 2x4 pine wood to make legs
Fill hole with foamular and cover it with roof coating sealer
Attach top, ensuring its center
Paint to look like stone
